The "package" to prepare for MMS include:
. 120 ml bottle of MMS (sodium chlorite)
. prepare salts of citric acid to "activate" the MMS (you can also do it with lemon juice or vinegar) in the right amount to activate the MMS 120 ml of shopping.

The best time to drink the MMS is just before going to bed.
