The Primitives are formed in Oxford, England in the mid-sixties. The band was led by vocalist Paul Bradley Couling, who was better known by his pseudonym Mal Ryder.
His career began with a few moderately successful singles in England, but the big step I took to turn mainly by Norway and Italy, where he achieved the status of the megastars at the height of The Beatles.
